Return & Refund Policy (United Kingdom)
We’ll gladly take any unsatisfied item back within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached. A copy of your receipt is required. Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of payment.

United Kingdom customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs/duties. Duties/taxes originally paid cannot be refunded.

Step-by-Step Return Instructions (United Kingdom)
Email: Email sales@albertonardoni.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will reply with detailed return instructions.
Ship: Ship the item back to us in its original, unused condition with original tags, hanger, and packaging within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. Include the original receipt or a copy inside the package. For complete sets, all pieces must be returned together. Use a no-signature-required service. Alberto Nardoni is not responsible for returns sent to any other address or for items damaged or lost in transit.
Refund: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return, sent to the original source of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items delivered without tags attached will receive store credit instead of refund. Final sale items cannot be returned.
Returned-to-sender or refused packages will be processed as returns; you will receive your refund minus the initial shipping charge.
