Welcome to albertonardoni.com (“Site”). The Site is operated by Alberto Nardoni (“Alberto Nardoni,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About us & platform

Alberto Nardoni operates this Site. The online store is powered by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce services we use to list products, take payments, and process orders.

We may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version here. Any changes apply from the time they are posted. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the revised Terms.

4. Order placement and acceptance

Placing an order submits a purchase request. We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders for reasons including inventory limits, listing or pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

A binding contract is formed only when we send an acceptance email (typically the shipping confirmation), assign an order or confirmation number, and ship the product(s). No action by Alberto Nardoni before shipment constitutes acceptance. If we cancel or change an order, we will try to contact you using the details provided at checkout.

5. Pricing, promotions & availability

Prices and availability may change without notice. Product pages and other Site content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, typographical errors, or outdated information. We may correct or update content at any time, and we are not required to do so on any specific schedule.

If we cancel an order after payment is taken, we will refund the charge. Discounts and promo codes cannot be combined unless the offer states otherwise, and promotions may include additional terms shown with the offer.

6. Payment, billing & taxes

You authorise us (and our payment providers) to charge your chosen payment method for the full total shown at checkout, including shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping details and to update them promptly if they change. Taxes are calculated based on your shipping address and applicable law.

7. Shipping, delivery & risk of loss

Details about shipping options, restrictions, fees, and timing are provided in our Shipping Policy. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the carrier takes possession of the package. Delivery dates and timelines shown on the Site are estimates, not guarantees.

8. Returns & exchanges

If liability is established, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site, products, or these Terms will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid to Alberto Nardoni for the product(s) at issue in the 12 months preceding the claim.
