Return and Exchange Policy

Refund policy

If you need to return an item or swap it for a different option, here is how Alberto Nardoni handles returns and exchanges.

Return window

Return and exchange requests must be started within 60 days of delivery. After 60 days, we cannot accept the request.

What can you choose

  1. Store credit Store credit is issued for the item price. No restocking fee applies. 

  2. Refund to the original payment method Refunds go back to the original payment method for the item price, with a restocking fee deducted when applicable under our restocking fee schedule.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

  • You can exchange for another size, colour, or style if it is in stock.

  • Exchanges are not charged a restocking fee.

  • Items received through an exchange are treated as a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Item condition requirements

Items must be returned:

  • unused and unworn

  • unaltered

  • in original packaging with original tags attached

  • free of stains, damage, pet hair, and strong odours (fragrance, smoke, deodorant)

Returns that do not meet these standards may be refused, sent back to you at your expense, or assessed an additional fee.

How to start

Email us with your order number and tell us whether you want a return or an exchange. We will send a return authorisation number and instructions. Returns sent without authorisation may be refused.

Ship your package using UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and email us the tracking number once it is on the way.

Return shipping

Return shipping is usually the customer’s responsibility.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. If confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label or another appropriate solution.

Processing time

After your return is delivered, please allow 3 to 5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds typically appear within 2 to 10 business days after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:

  • wholesale orders

  • final sale or clearance items marked on the product page

  • tailored, altered, or custom items

  • items missing original tags or packaging, or showing wear, damage, or odours

  • gift card purchases

How exchanges are released

Once we confirm the replacement item, the exchange is released after the original item is scanned by the carrier on its way back, or once it is delivered to our facility. Exchange items are final sale.

Wrong, damaged, or defective items

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will help with a replacement when available, or arrange a return with a prepaid label when appropriate.

Unauthorised or unclaimed returns

If we receive an ineligible return or a package without the required details, we may contact you. If we do not hear back within 30 days, the item may be treated as abandoned and discarded or donated. We cannot issue a replacement, credit, or reimbursement for abandoned returns.

Where to ship

Return address and instructions are provided with your return authorisation. Please do not ship returns to the product manufacturer.
