The suit was of decent quality. I paid $443 for two of the exact same suit just different sizes, so that I can pick which one fits me better. Nowhere on the website does it clearly express their return shipping policies or state that the customer is responsible for return shipping. So I paid $30 to return the suit PLUS the restocking fee. When all is said and done, I paid over $300 for a suit that was $199 on their website. I emailed customer service back and forth for over a week, simply stating that their return policies are not clearly expressed on the website and that I think it’s only fair to reimburse my $30 return shipping fee. $30 people. That’s it. They refused to give it to me and also refused to admit that nowhere on the website does it state the customer is responsible for return shipping. I shop online A LOT of 9/10 stores offer free return shipping. Customer service has since stopped replying to my emails. Horrible company.
