Price Match
Eligibility Criteria for Price Match
To qualify for a price match, items must adhere to these requirements:
- Authorized Retailer: The item must be listed on a recognized, authorized retailer’s website. We do not match prices from unauthorized sellers or physical stores.
- Availability: The exact size and color of the item must be in stock and ready for shipping from the other retailer. We cannot match prices on backordered or out-of-stock items.
- Regular Pricing: The item must be offered at the other retailer’s regular price. We do not match prices influenced by sales, promo codes, or other limited-time offers.
- MSRP Compliance: If the designer has established a Minimum Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), we are obligated to honor it. Therefore, we cannot match prices that violate these guidelines set by the designer.
- Final Sale Exclusion: Items that are marked as final sale or listed on final sale websites are not eligible for price matching.
- Shipping Cost Consideration: The total price, including shipping fees, must be lower than ours. Our shipping rates are highly competitive (with free shipping on orders over $99), so we factor in these fees when evaluating a price match request.
Example: If our price for a suit is $199 with free shipping, but another store lists it for $185 with a $20 shipping fee, our price is effectively $5 cheaper ($199 vs. $205)!
How to Request a Price Match
If you’ve found a better price that meets all of the above criteria, and you’d like to shop with us (thank you!), follow these steps:
- Email us at sales@albertonardoni.com.
- Include:
- Your full name.
- The product’s designer name and SKU (e.g., "Michael Kors 12345").
- The URL of the other retailer’s product page.
- The price you’re requesting us to match.
