I ordered a 3 pc suit, I received the order on time, The problem, the suit was mislabeled wrong.. I ordered a 50R received-50XL. The jacket was all the way to my ankles!! I contacted the company, sent them a picture and they just stated to keep the suit and they will refund me $30. Dollars!! I reached out to them 2nd time they stated, I could get it exchanged, then they said to keep the suit and I would be refunded $40.00. I tried again the 3rd time they stated they sent the right size and yes I can exchange it. Just had to pay for return and restocking fees to the tune of $35. Per item!!! They were upset and they stated they sent the right size!, I sent them a picture to prove them wrong. Needless to say, I had bought it for my son’s wedding, I had to go to a local department store to buy myself another suit that fitted right. Lost my money. Moral of the story is don’t buy from this place!!! Save your money and buy your suit from your nearest Department Store!.
