ADELAIDE LEATHER BOOT

Bought a pair of cowboy boots… boot description never stated whether they were mens or women’s. We got them and they were women’s boots. While looking through the men’s on the website these boots were listed…so didn’t think anything of it they were a size 10 assuming they were men’s 10.
Returns are horrendous. It cost me $60 to return them and they also don’t refund you the full purchase price. They kept back about $50. Although they will pay you a percentage to keep the item we didn’t want to be bothered trying to resell them so we took a refund. Trying to resell a pair of women’s size 10 boots probably wouldn’t be very easy..
