Orders 🛍️
How do I place an order?
Add your item(s) to cart, proceed to checkout, enter shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away and a shipping email with tracking once your package leaves our warehouse.
Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Once shipped, we can assist with a return or exchange.
Do I need an account to checkout?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account helps you track orders, manage returns, and save your measurements for faster reorders.

Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
Orders ship from our U.S. facilities. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Typical timelines:

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are shown at checkout based on your address and selected method. From time to time we run promotions such as free shipping over a certain threshold — watch for banners on site.
Do you offer same-day or overnight shipping?
Express options are available to most U.S. addresses. Choose an expedited service at checkout for the fastest delivery.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of new, unworn items in original condition with tags attached. To start a return or exchange, visit our Returns Center email: sales@albertonardoni.com within 30 days of delivery. Final-sale items and tailored/altered garments are not returnable.
How do exchanges work?
Start your exchange through our Returns Center email: sales@albertonardoni.com and select your new size or color. We’ll hold your replacement (subject to availability) and ship it after we receive the original item.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is delivered and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable (refundable if our error).
📐 Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Use the Size Guide on each product page. We list chest/waist/drop measurements, jacket length (short/regular/long), and fit notes (classic/modern/slim). Between sizes? We generally recommend sizing up and tailoring for a perfect finish.
Are suits pre-hemmed?
Trousers are typically shipped with an unfinished hem to allow easy alterations. Jackets follow standard sleeve and body lengths by size.
Do you offer custom tailoring?
We do not offer made-to-measure before shipping. Most customers achieve a bespoke look with simple local alterations (hemming, waist and sleeve adjustments).

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Available options appear at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through PCI-compliant gateways over encrypted connections. We never store full card details on our servers.
Can I use more than one promo code?
Only one promo code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

Yes. We specialize in men’s suits, tuxedos, blazers, outerwear, and accessories curated by Alberto Nardoni. Product pages indicate fabric composition, fit, and availability.
An item is sold out — will it be restocked?
Popular sizes restock often. Click “Notify me” on the product page or contact us with the style and size you need; we’ll let you know as soon as it’s back.
What does “In stock – ships in 3–5 days” mean?
The item is available and typically leaves our warehouse within the stated window. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it ships.

Do you offer group pricing for weddings or events?
Yes. Email us at grouporders@albertonardoni.com with your date, styles, and sizes (or general measurements). We’ll help with sizing, timeline, and volume pricing.
Can you help me outfit a full wedding party?
Absolutely. We can recommend cohesive looks across groom, groomsmen, ring bearer, and guests, plus guidance on lead times and alterations.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also log into /account to view status anytime.
I didn’t receive my confirmation/tracking email. What should I do?
Check your spam/promotions folder, then contact us at support@albertonardoni.com with your name and order number so we can resend it.

✂️ Care & Alterations
How should I care for my suit?
Use a wide-shoulder hanger, brush after wear, and steam to remove wrinkles. Dry-clean only when needed and store in a breathable garment bag. Always follow the care label inside the garment.
Do you offer alterations?
We do not alter garments post-purchase. We recommend a local tailor for hemming and minor adjustments to achieve a made-for-you fit.
🌍 International Orders
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries. Transit times and carriers vary by destination. Duties and taxes are collected on delivery by the carrier, depending on your location.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Orders are processed in USD. Your bank may apply a currency conversion fee.
