Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on albertonardoni.com and fulfilled by Alberto Nardoni.

Order processing & item availability

  • Handling time: We process orders daily, but please allow 2–4 business days for handling before your order ships.

  • Availability matters: Product pages display an estimated “Usually ships in … days” timeframe. This estimate reflects how quickly an item will be ready to leave our warehouse. Some items ship quickly, while others (especially special-order/custom items) may take longer.

  • Business days: Processing and delivery estimates are based on business days (carriers do not move shipments the same way on weekends/holidays).

Shipping options & rates (Continental U.S.)

We keep shipping straightforward. Flat rate shipping is offered in the continental United States on all orders. For orders over $99, we offer free 3 to 5 business-day shipping in the continental United States. Orders must be received before 4:00 pm PST to qualify.

Note: Expedited options reflect carrier rates shown at checkout. For larger or multiple box orders, the final shipping charge may require an adjustment. If an adjustment is needed, we will email you for approval before shipping.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories

Shipping availability, methods, and rates can vary for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Where available, options and exact pricing will be shown at checkout.

International shipping

International shipping may be available, depending on the destination, and is shown at checkout. If you order internationally, any duties/taxes assessed by the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility. 

How shipping costs are calculated

We do not profit from shipping. If you choose expedited delivery, or if your order ships internationally, your shipping cost reflects what we are charged by the carrier. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping method and the weight of the items in your order.

Split shipments

If your order contains items with different availability timeframes, it may be shipped in multiple packages. In that case, you’ll receive separate tracking updates for each shipment (when applicable). 

Delivery timing and delays

Delivery dates are based on business days and carrier timelines. Weather, carrier volume, and other events outside our control can cause delays.

Address issues / undeliverable packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to pick up from a carrier location, we can reship it once the carrier shipping cost for the selected method is paid. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO

Some shipping services may not be available for PO Boxes or military addresses. Where supported, the available options will be shown at checkout. Expedited services and guaranteed delivery dates may be limited for these address types.

High-value orders and signatures

For your protection, some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we’ll provide tracking information.

If you have not received tracking, email sales@albertonardoni.com and request a tracking number. Please include “Tracking Request” in the subject line.
