Incorrect color suit

I ordered a champagne colored suit and received a dark gray suit. I paid for expedited shipping, only to be offered partial refunds (significantly lower than what I paid) to keep the wrong item without receiving the correct item. I declined the partial refund as the color I received was NOT what I ordered and would not match my fiancé’s dress. I was then told I had to pay for shipping to send it back to get my full refund, where they (the company) are charging me a restocking fee. This was a horrible shopping experience and I would not recommend this vendor to anyone. I am still waiting on my refund.
